Teddy George and I have been talking about ADA violations in the park for over a year now and all some of you care about is ADA parking at bars!. Where has your outrage been to back us up? Join us at the facebook page Maclearie Park Neighborhood Association, and maybe we can get something done!
Handicap parking spot by D Jais drive way in front of cab stand.
Correction Handicap sign is gone from in front of D Jais by driveway 2 No Parking signs in the spaces. Sorry for error.They were there for quite awhile.
I have no idea the laws governing handicapped parking but as far as Ocean Avenue has to go, assume that town has to or should provide handicapped parking for beach. Should a commercial establishment have off-street parking, then it would have to provide for same. No?
