Meeting starts at 5:30
D’Jais year round liquor license (held in pocket) goes to 10th Ave Burrito.
10th Ave Burrito’s seasonal license goes to D’Jais (to be held in pocket.)
Barry DePeppe’s year round license (held in pocket) goes to Nick Fuccilli for La Terrazza.
La Terrazza’s seasonal license goes to Barry DePeppe for a redevelopment project slated for where Strollo’s is.
The entire Council is conflicted on voting on liquor licenses BTW:
Matt for scores of violations of Belmar’s conflict of interest laws, Jennifer because of her unresolved unreported donations with NJ ELEC, Tom because his band plays at Belmar bars including 10th Ave Burrito and Brian and Janis have taken money from D’Jais this year indirectly through the Monmouth Democratic Committee.
