   Being from the south end I think it’s great the bars are all going to be mostly in one location, not spread out anymore. Let the north side deal with the parking, fights and trashing of their property. Nothing better then a large group of bars pumping out large groups of drunks cutting through 8th and 9th ave to get back to their summer rentals. How can we get these drunks to spread their love from 3rd to 7th ave is the question.
