Any thoughts on what the fine grasses were cut down at MACLAERIE park? Would it have been a buffer against the rising tides?

How is the Lake Como outflow pipe construction coming along?
Actually the physical construction, dredging and installation of the outfall pipe started in September as the leader stated repeatedly before September. The SEA residents however haven’t seen any evidence of same to date but it was said so as related in the bible story let it be said it and it shall be written.
