No surprise………. Everything this regime does is integrity challenged.
I HAVE AN ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION<BUT IT COME WITH A REDEVELOPMENT "I TOLD YOU SO"
Last year, The Mayor, Council and Planning Board designated the entire town as an "Area In Need of Rehabilitation" Here is what the Mayor told NJ Policker at his kick off event at Stay Gold 2/27/2014
" We're taking our existing development plan and we're going to get rid of it. We're going to form a committee of citizens in Belmar to find out what WE really want on Main Street. We're not going to use eminent domain, it's not going to be another master developer. It's going to be block by block, lot by lot, individual property owner by individual property owner. We've got to continue to grow that commercial tax base so we can be sure to keep our lid on property taxes."
Sounds like they want to keep the lid on the taxpaying public.
i think they are getting their stories straight so they can smile confidently when the public cannot ask questions later.
