Nope!

*Note: An earlier version of this story incorrectly dated the above document as being from February, 2015.

BTW, here is the DEP’s caller report that started it all:

Built golf course without notifying DEP.  Built 9th Ave Pier facility without notifying DEP.  Demolished Fisherman’s Den building without notifying DEP.  So does DEP know we’re breaking ground tomorrow for Chef’s new building?  Maybe….

So did I. They have had all documents; leases, agreements, resolutions and minutes since early November 2015. I made sure of it.

Going back to 2012 one can see the true cost of rule by one and approval by puppets. The Borough Council, the Planning Board, the borough engineer giving blanket endorsements and avoiding their responsibilities to the people. Now, many of us worked to stop the beachfront as redevelopment (Ken Pringle doing the lion’s share). Now is the time to bring up the same constitutional issue. Have the court decide can mad Matt redevelop the Green Acres/CAFRA permitted parklands on the Shark River?
