The committee to beautify the Route 35 side of the planned marina building has completed it’s work.
Anyway Chefs International is contractually obligated to build it and Belmar is contractually obligated to let them build it so unless somebody breaks the contract this is what’s getting built.
The other side is not so bad I guess.

It really does not matter what it looks like if the food is so so and high priced they will close! They have so much $$$ a loss to them is no big deal. There are a lot of great established successful restaurants already here. I believe that 10th Ave Burrito is taking more space that is presently vacant to expand. and a new soul food place is also opening a few doors down.
That’s what I go by when I go to a restaurant, how the food tastes, How much food you get. I’m not a big eater now that I’m not a working man anymore. I also want good service which is very hard to find. It seems employers will not take even five minutes to train a young man or woman in the basics of waitering.
And where will the patrons of this establishment be parking ?
When or where can we see the real Route 35 side of the planned marina building approved by the committee?
I guess when they build it. I don’t think we’re getting any more information than this.
Parking will be a nightmare. How long until the first bad accident / DUI when this place opens?
Okay Dave, The first two views represent looking at it from Rt.35 – Correct? Will there still be a drive through there (between the new building and Rt.35) for the charter boat parking?
The third view looks as if it’s on the Marina side. Doesn’t it look too close to waters edge for a drive through to the pier restaurant and charter boats?
Is the plan for vehicular traffic to come through the 7th Ave entrance to the Marina on that end? This could get very interesting to say the least.
I’m Still not convinced that thing will ever get built.
New poll which will be built first, the pavilions or the restaurant taj Mahal???
