What I understand is that it will then be bounced back to the Senate for reconciliation and that the Senate will ahead with the same changes. Then it goes back to the Assembly to concur. When it finally reaches Murphy’s desk, probably sometime between October and December, it will give the local governments control over what would be considered special events. Going be interesting to see what the Council here will do when the applications come in.

Left Vin Gopal’s office a message about how outrageous it is for him to sponsor a bill that affects us . He should speak to the residents. Put a call in to be heard.
He’ll have to check with Maggie first before he can answer any asked by constituents.
After all he’s under no Pay to Play constraints that would keep him on the straight and narrow.
Too many uninformed voted in Belmar for him to worry about. Free meal and drinks one time per year is rather persuasive to some who live by burritoville.
