   If they don’t like the rules, they try to change them, for example, spot zoning. What is in store now, will the Clinton Foundation contribute to the BDC? I don’t know if that is allowable, but, hey, sometimes rules are bent, ignored, deleted…Belmar is doomed if Hillary is “in the picture”.
