Will Maser do the right thing and give Belmar back the $600,000 that Belmar paid them? Paid them prematurely, it seems… Another favored buddy, wait for it, will they help out the borough?

Over and over Colleen knew this was done improperly and failed to correct this boondoggle. Send this to Chief Honchos Murphy/Mulchay so they will know how dirty his reputation has sullied and damn near bankrupted Belmar. No relief in his boardwalk, pavilion deals either.

Worry not, Doherty will hook up Maser with lots of work in A.C.

Mail the 600k bill right to the Dohertys.
They have been doing dirty political deeds to the highest bidder for years. The wife’s whole business model is campaign hatchet jobs for hire. Remember what she did to Cynthia Nixon in the NY primaries? They pawn themselves off as progressive democrats and they’re nothing more than amoral opportunists who care only for wealth an power. We the people should NOT have to pay for their follies.

At the very least now that the above letter proves, a claim should be filed against Maser under their E&O coverage for the mistake??? they made while under performing Professional Services as Belmar Engineer.

Has the 600k already been paid to Maser? that does not necessarily mean the town has no recourse and the Mayor should answer as to what is being done about it.
