I wonder if our 83k dollar electrician, Huisman, put up the Christmas lights on Main Street this year?
    I doubt it.

#1 I doubt if Huisman put up the Christmas lights because he doesn’t have an electrician license. Unless of course if the town is paying him to get one on taxpayers dime. Do nothing drew has to go!

FYI: Just had my first Covid-19 test at the Belmar Marina parking area. It was so well done. Whoever designed and implemented the traffic pattern did a great job.

#8 – Everything should be canceled in Belmar for at the minimum 5 years or so, as in – we have no money – we’re broke.

We talking about the St Paddy’s day parade? If so I couldn’t agree more and I’m second generation Irish. It’s a pointless stream of fire trucks and drunken idiots w green hair. It’s a gross stereotype, mixed with political grand standing. It needs to end.

The parade is a fund raiser for a large bar in Lake Cuomo. We don’t need or deserve 10,000 kids being in our train station walking all over town spreading disease.
Haven’t enough residents of Belmar suffered and some died from this Covid.

Let’s re”class”ify our town. Urge your leaders to donate the parade to Spring Lake. They can put up with the waste of money and headache that it is. They are the “Irish Riviera”, right. Let our bars stay open to make money afterwards.

But what about D’Jais? They need the parade to help employ their staff and pay the bills.
