    I think 4 is pretty smart too. Let me see, I won 2 out of 5 districts yet I lost and was in 3rd place…..And I worked hardest in the 3 I lost, go figure, maybe it is my message. Janis won no districts out right yet she was elected…..maybe we need an electoral college. Kidding folks. Congratulations were extended by me to Janis.

    Maybe there should be one councilman elected by each district instead of electing them all at large. Of course under my proposal the mayor would not have a vote so we can avoid ties.
