Freeholder Campaign In Violation?

I’ve been every couple of months checking to see if this is ever going to be fixed but it apparently isn’t going to be so I’m going to let you in on it today.

The 2016 Doherty for Freeholder general election campaign had a $3000 cash balance and a $50,000 outstanding loan balance as of its last filing.

They are listed on the 20 day post-election report filed November 30, 2016.  As you can see, no other filings were made after that date.

New Jersey election law is very specific about the discharge of outstanding funds and liabilities after a campaign.  Just leaving everything sitting there and filing no reports about it for nine months is not a legal option.

In case you hadn’t noticed my graphics are working again.

What else is new? When there is no enforcement of laws then there will be no compliance.
