Perjury Charges Dismissed!

Monmouth County Superior Court Judge Joseph Oxley dismissed the charges against Belmar Police Chief Tom Palmisano and Belmar Police Capt. Andrew Huisman last Friday brought forth by former borough police officer Darian Vitello.
Judge Oxley said there was no credible evidence to support the allegations of perjury against Chief Palmisano and official misconduct against Capt. Huisman.
Judge Oxley said his decision to dismiss the charges at hand were based on what he heard during two days of testimony in regard to the two matters, extensive documentation, and hundreds of pages of transcripts.
It was an “exhaustive investigation into a citizen’s complaint,” Judge Oxley said……..
