So all the variances approved by the planning board of which Lawless Matt is a member voted to allow the outside bar to impede the sidewalk by increasing the size of the outdoor area.
Hey Janis you have no problem with this outdoor facility as far as being close to the senior building and causing noise.
Do you live in Belmar? Are you alive? Salt is the problem as far as noise and inconvenience to Belmar. So scary you ever piloted a plane. Thank the lord that career ended.
You are personally responsible by voting no to the Harmon liquor license transfer which now caused Belmar to be sued more unnecessary litigation for taxpayers.
I hope you and the remainder of obstructionist council members, mayor and involved employees are ordered to personally pay punitive damages for the reckless, unlawful decisions regarding the Harmon liquor license lawsuit.
How dare you be part of making such an irresponsible and harmful decision. You voted no because of location. Are you nuts?
PS- Tom old man you hung yourself by talking on the dais. Stick to trying to hold on to your youth which is long gone but at least just causes residents to experience bad singing and music.
didn’t see any proofing.
Taking that drink outside the front door is a violation . But don’t worry anchor tavern we didn’t see anything
I noticed that.

As far as the guy trying to act like a kid – correct. But I rather like the band.
To be honest.. How do we know if that drink really had booze in it? hehe, just saying..
For the past ten years as an NFL nut, I have come to love the Boathouse as my go to for football. Now, Chef’s Int. actually the Lombardi Bros who have renovated Connolly Station, now Anchor, it will take a miracle for them to compete with what the Harmon’s have authentically done. All the big screen TV’s and the fantastic views of the Brewery can never replace the Boathouse sports bar. They know it, hence why they are ( with the help of Belmar ) determined to ruin the Harmons. Can’t say enough about the Phillistines that are out to ruin this town.
Memories do not fade when it comes to generations of volunteering and SAFETY at the Jersey Shore. We all know the Harmon family gave and still give to the people of Monmouth County. Remember it was and still is the old New Jersey Shore!

My son said to me this weekend, Dad, Belmar is becoming a tourist trap. I was pretty sad to hear this, as I love this town. How do residents benefit from this traffic?????? http://blog.commonsenseforbelmar.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b1.jpg
Everyone’s blaming SPARK A RIOT MARKETING. All around towns Mcdirty being the underLYING cause throughout the county.
