The Councilwoman knows what is best for Belmar, even if it is illegal. Look for the wiggle room that Mr. Magovern referred to at a meeting. It is in the parking lot behind the porta-potties.
By providing Council Meeting videos on his website …. Dave is the only candidate that actually does something for transparency …. the others just talk.

Jenn, think about what you just said ! Exactly what steps are taken you feel provide transparency to the residents of Belmar ? I’ve seen one…the court system.
Burke… Being as you feel adequate transparency already exists, why in multiple cases have documents not been turned over via OPRA (as per law)? Not once or twice, many. Get your head out of the sand and take a look around. You say it right in your statement, “the right to request almost any public record” I agree, you have the right to request it but good luck getting it.
I can see clearly now that the poisonous ballot interpretation was struck by Judge GUMMER. Even though wording OF THE QUESTION is self serving there will be no lock stepping on November 3rd because it is so transparent that tbe NO votes will save the borough $$$$$
All those NO votes will save the borough $$$$$$$$
A vote for Nicolay or Burke is a vote for higher taxes. (They may not even know that themselves.)
