Slowly but surely new homes are being built and older ones gutted and updated, most are second homes, just look around yes mostly on the north side but eventually will reach Lake Cuomo, this being continued Kids taking over the bars may be a thing of the past in Belmar they will go to Point Pleasant and Seaside
