   When I attended the meeting of the vote for the new pay to play ordinance Brian was trying his best to try and justify why he should vote for it. After I listened to Tom Fahey give his speech, I thought the only person who could possibly vote for it would be someone who is morally and ethically challenged. I left that meeting with very little respect for everyone on that dais and nothing will probably change my mind about them ever again “cowards”.
