NBC Face-off: Million Dollar Homes

Belmar VS Long Beach!

Similarly priced although the real estate expert says the Belmar house isn’t worth what they’re asking.  Belmar taxes $26,000.  Long Beach taxes $17,000.

In Belmar’s defense I think that Ocean County has lower taxes than Monmouth. And they didn’t mention that Long Beach is farther away from everything, although maybe that’s a good thing.

Pepsi Robert also has Joel’s old gym property on Ocean Avenue as well.
