   Okay, so I took a walk over to Ocean Grove. From the looks of it, I’d say the condo will be a tear down. Most of the damage is as you can see, to the west side and rear of the building. The cost of renovating that building would be out of sight, although, the east and north sides don’t appear to be that damaged (I couldn’t see the south side from my vantage points). From the looks of it. I’d guess the fire started in the small houses on the south side and spread to the condo – my guess. A News12 guy told me there were a few small injuries – no hospitalization.
