Three Belmar officials subject to the requirement are apparently not compliant as of this morning:

Great more officials in Belmar that ignore the law and deadline!
I ran a post a few weeks ago warning everybody to get in compliance. I guess these three aren’t readers.
Maybe they don’t give a damn?
Frank is likely thinking this will blow right over.
They are holdovers from the Doherty lawless phase and had better learn quickly that there is a new sheriff in town. And a posse. (Not referring to the governor.)
