If I could get my cdl license I would work for them now. They seem very fair and reasonable. The pension money is theirs(workers). They freeze it, wait until the feds ok it, and then disperse the funds to everyone. Can be rolled over to a tax deferred account. Hey Union people take the 401k and control your own retirement.

Mayor matt was out at shore point picketing w other state lawmakers pro union this week. Surprised we haven’t seen his smirk on more postings. He must be looking for the union dollar for the next failed campaign

The Union leaders have mishandled the Union funds, and spend Union funds like drunken sailors. Shore Point is actually looking out for these workers that have been misled by these Union leaders. The package Shore Point is offering is more than fair and well above the industry standard. These employees should be in control of their own destiny and agree, or face a failed fund down the road.
Maybe some of these “family men” should direct their attention to their own union bosses and get their idle butts to the negotiating table.
#5 That was 1976 …………….FORT ONE years ago. Stop living in the past. The company wants the workers back but with some changes. Again the Union for all people is the Federal Gvt. State gvt, Local gvt. They should go back to work and enjoy a steady paycheck. If I could work I would. Lucky I can make it to Rite Aid for aspirins.

If you want your hard earned money to pay for blow up rats, exotic trips for Union leaders and their families,lavish motor homes to pull up to a picket line (while your in the rain picketing), and company credit cards and vehicles that are used with little to no oversight…join a Union!
What about the guy who now has a job because of the lockout ? I guess he doesn’t count in Matt’s world. It’s pretty funny that Doherty is so pro union but yet,from what I’ve read, he’s never had a union job.
