One of the families has a second, shore home, subsidized by HUD that they rent out for income. The Democratic Liberal way.

I wish only the worst on the federal government. I pray that something good comes of this shutdown. To begin with, as a show of good faith to the decent citizens of the nation, I’d like to see the end of the Dept. of Education, EEOC, OSHA, Exit from UN, End IRS and go to a flat tax – gut the state dept. to start with. After that, we could get into some real deep time cuts.

#1 and #2…at least 95% of the tenants living here worked in private and public sector jobs. There are six veterans living here who served in the Korean and Vietnam wars. One is a Ret. Major Col.,
USMC. There are tenants with disabilies
PSTD, stroke, cancer, neurological and orthopedic disorders, blind, and deaf. Many tenants fell on hard times later in life due to serious health problems. A handful of tenants are volunteer in the community and for disabled vet organizations. The government shutdown hurts everyone. This is not a time to take a swipe at people.

Thank you #4. And as for #3, he must be a descendant of the owner of the Triangle Shirt Factory, and lost a job to a black iron worker (who was paid less than he would’ve made).

Well if the Democrats in Congress only agreed to keeping out the drugs and illegal aliens that are killing our people and straining or economy, government agencies such as this wouldn’t be closed down. I personally have lost two close friends, ages 27 and 31 in the past year from overdoses. Thanks Dems. Worry about Americans and not vote from illegal Mexicans. (sorry I had to use the M word but I am sick and tired of this immigration PROBLEM.

#6 – Here’s how to do this with the wall. Seize the Mexican govt. assets here in this country and build the wall with the money. Also, use the money for the “education” of the children of illegal aliens in our schools until we can deport the families. Use the money for the daily upkeep of illegal alien prisoners in our jails and finally put a 100% surcharge on all money sent from here to Mexico. If a person wants to send $100 dollars, it will cost $100.That’ll take care of this problem PDQ.

As far as any fed judge who tries to interfere, arrest him on the charge of aiding and abetting crime – illegal entry into the country. The reason being national emergency.

Right on Tom. And have the DACA people build the Wall to show their love of America. If not, tell them “don’t let the puerta hit you in the culo”. By the way, I do support LEGAL IMMIGRATION.

#1 you are correct she owns a home in Neptune and is buddy buddy with Matt and friends. You cannot own real estate and live in a HUD building unless you know Matt.

My favorite is when Gene Murrey? lived there. He drove a white Mercedes Benz and had some position with the Democrats so during campaigning season he controlled who was allowed in to see the seniors. That’s not to obnoxious!! Republicans had an extremely difficult time being allowed access to speak to the seniors.

11-Gene Murray never, ever drove a white Mercedes, and he never had a position with the Democratic organization. He was supportive of Democrats, but was never an officer in the Democratic organization. He is also active at St. Rose Church, and offers his driving services to those of his building who don’t drive-for doctors’ appointments and other places . He never refuses a kindness to anyone at the 710 building, and doesn’t own property anywhere . He supports everyone in need. Don’t besmirch the reputation of a really good, kind person. You have absolutely no knowledge of this man.

#13 You are right about one thing. He didn’t own a Mercedes He owned a Jaguar. Which got totaled in an accident in A.C. But you are wrong about him being ‘kind’ and helping everyone who need’s help at 710.He has refused many people here. If you do not ‘play ball’ with him you are on the shit list. And he is very vindictive. Show up at one of the Commissioner meeting’s at 710 you will see the real evil come out. Not as far as I know he does not own a home but their is someone here who does. And it is true Matt and the Democrats ran this building and God help you if you got in their way. Anyone can act like an angel. Live with then 24/7 for year’s you will see the true person.

    # 13 You have no knowledge of Gene Murray. The man you described is who he pretend’s to be. Live in this building and you get to know the real Gene. He is a control freak. He does drive some people to Dr.s yes but not everyone. If you do not as he says ‘play ball’ You will see evil. He does indeed block anyone who is not Democrat from coming into this building . Yet Matt and his buddies were here all the time. You have no idea the dirty deal’s that have gone down in this building and threat’s that have been made. Hopefully the New Mayor and his team can turn it around. As for Gene owning property I have no idea but I do know someone here who does and those are the facts!

14 & 15 I don’t agree at all with your comments. Gene is a good person who helps many people. Democrats running the building? Ridiculous! The man now managing the building is in no way an appointee of the Democrats. As is correct, a panel of non-partisans appointed Mr. DeSantis.

I was at a Mayor and Council meeting when Mr. Murray said that he would trust Jennifer Nicolay with his tax return. Not so smart given the condition of the borough’s finances. A stooge of the Democrats, I would say.

#16 You are very gullible and misinformed. Think and say what you want about Gene Murray those of us who know the real man know better, But to each his own. As for Paul DeSantis he is a good man unlike the one before him. But he is not in this building very often, He has stood up to Matt and has had many round’s with your angel Gene. He even put a stop to the Hugh parties thrown here by the very same person who owns and rent’s out a house in Neptune. And like it or not both of them have been protected by Matt. Fact’s don’t become lie’s because you don’t agree.
