SLAPP tactics are a threat to free speech everywhere, even in Belmar.  Maybe even particularly in Belmar.  (Am I going to be sued for saying that?)

Call Chris Smith.  Call Robert Menendez.  Call Corey Booker.  Support the PPP.

    It is so bad in Belmar that in my case
    last summer there was not even due process, no arraignment , no discovery and probable cause was determined by an unauthorized clerk.
