Doesn’t Belmar pay for tenant water/sewer, utilities and garbage pickup and disposal at the Pavilions an Marina Grille?

    Please correct if necessary.

#6- Admin. I’d like to see that in writing. Would you happen to have a copy of Chef’s lease agreement available for posting?

There’s a glaring lack of an answer to #5 oh Wise One … do we conclude that the Borough of Belmar is on the HOOK for all of the 5th Avenue Pavilion Utilities, including but not limited to WATER/Sewer, grease trap cleaning, plumbing, electrical, Insurance, HVAC, upkeep and Federal/State etc?

Bravo #11- These are the real issues the residents need to know. Deals are made with our Mayor and these money-grabbers (depep, Merri,Chefs, lawyers, eng. firms) giving away the assets of Belmar on the cheap. Matt has prostituted out towns’ resources/infrastrucure for his gains. This BS about tent sizes and turf grass is all a big distraction. Wake up people.

Finally someone has said it… it’s all another distraction like the garbage bag months long sagas.

Avon got rid of the canopies and tents without fanfare but no, not in Belmar, the MEDIA MATTERS MARKETING has to churn the waters over and over again masking the real issues of the day.

I don’t know what all the complaining is about – it’s what they want to do. Get with it everybody, if it’s what someone wants to do, then that’s the end of story – It’s 2017.

I can’t tell if there are any recyclables in there, but cans, jars, etc. are not supposed to be disposed of in plastic bags, as the bags are not recycled. Ask Councilman Brennan, he knows that. Hopefully he disposes of his recyclables the right way, simply placed loose in the garbage can.
