Winning is everything. But, dig too deep and who knows what will be found. This might be an occasion to expose shenanigans. If he were smart, he would back off. Report the so-called donation, just a formality. Why start compliance now. He works for Matt, a known scofflaw.

If the Monmouth County Dems are filing for TOM what exactly does that mean? Are they doing the paperwork as an in kind contribution to TB’s campaign? Or is his organization paying for the RECOUNT filing fee with the Court?
Is it possible that one of ourvoters told HIZZONER an untruth regarding casting a provisional ballot?
What I understand is that recounts are done on Saturdays because they are not part of the normal work schedule and that the elections employees are paid time and a half. Very expensive. I also understand that the legal case is the Democrats vs the Board of Elections at this point and not vs the Republicans so I don’t think the Republicans will be involved in the recount.
Not sure about the Saturday part.

What security level is provided for a recount? Can there be a third party, neutral observer? Better to be safe than sorry.
From what I understand it’s the County that’s defending its count so I guess they are supposed make sure all materials are secure.

Machine counting is accurate and safer for handlers because paper can be tainted with harmful chemical, biological or nuclear zoomies.
I hope the Monmouth County K-9 Unit sniffs the ballots first.

I would like to see some of the mail in votes be off also. What happened to make the difference so great between Nov. 16 and now Nov. 17. It was always in the addresses of the voter?
County should check to see if voters claiming Belmar as the legal residence did not vote someplace else by machine/mail in. Seems possible to vote in two different towns, counties within NJ. Wonder if there are any cross checks?

#19 – He doesn’t know, slimy Matt Doherty is running this show.
Maybe the 3 only voted for Governor, or wanted to vote for one of the questions. Look at the Board of Ed votes. Many people don’t bother with those. It could be the 3 didn’t vote for council.

Your comment involves logic, many folks cannot process it.
Admin, at #16 you allude to a method in response to the Old Man to check this [and too late because the time is for challenging as the vote is occurring or ,for mail ins, before they are counted]. However i believe that this would be illegal and whatever penalty the law provides should apply.I for one would encourage it be discovered if it is possible and very publicly given to the prosecutors office for prosecution. Perhaps if there were consequences this type fraud would go away. On the other hand if it is not occurring and it is made public that a check was done it would put a lot of concerns to rest and that would be valuable as well. Just sayin.

Would you believe Belmar’$ own MS. Metritricious was scheduled to give a presentation on “Shared Services” plus at the League of Municipalities convention in AC @ 3:30pm today. Did the Mayor approve?
Channel 12 must check Belmar for news, perhaps a reported lives in town.
Admin re #25 don’t mean to beat the proverbial dead horse but do you know who has the facility to check this and how to get them to act? Fraudsters should be named and hopefully prosecuted, but if it is all clean the rest of the voters should know that. Aside from Old Man and others commenting here previously , i am sure others believe this occurs in part because there are so many second homes/condos etc in town.
When I ran in 2013 I gave Freehold all sorts of evidence of fraudulent voting. I even had photos of empty houses that people just voted out of. They did nothing about it.
So just a lost cause? Should not be that way if we want an honest system [hmmm that may be the problem,maybe we don’t.]
