Right! So Jim Red Davies was early to post his support on his FaceBook from his winter/spring job at Casa Verde, Puerto Rico.
How many other ” 150″ bar employees are anywhere near the Jersey shore till before Memorial Day? What a crazy planet.

Well it seems that DJais via James Davies’s contribution to Jennifer Beck ,$500. 9/19/13
worked since she voted for the Bill. So if they had just sent same to; Singer, Rible and Kean, another $1500. They would have their extension. Money Talks.

There certainly no shortage of idiots. At last count 200 of them signed this petition.
Many of Matt’s friends who from their facebook pages each year show they are equal opportunity bar goers ( meaning they move around to many bars). There are no other communities with as many year-round liquor on a parade route than the Lake Como/Belmar St. Patricks Day Parade.

    Lake Como Parade Route:
    PK Shamrock Pub
    Paul’s Tavern
    McCann’s
    Bar Anticipation
    The Boat House
    Jack’s Tavern.
So can anyone tell me why 6 bars/taverns is not sufficient? Can anyone tell me why their hard work and investment should be devalued by the MORE CROWD?

What a joke we have and always have had enough bars in Belmar with year round liquor licenses. DJais is loosing its mind. You have a seasonal license deal with it. Or use the year round that you own and open another bar, or at least try to. I will sign a petition against extending seasonal licenses for just DJais and 10th Ave burrito, which I no longer patronage. Surf Taco BAY BAY!

I think a simple letter from all mayors of the local towns affected would out way any think from The out of town drunks. Just an idea I know That they are against. You think the people of Sea Girt want the Parker House open 60 days earlier or for that matter the people of Avon or Manasquan. I would doubt Spring Lake is for it.

THE BEST BY FAR! Jess Jones, Belmar on her facebook stated that if they don’t allow D’Jais and 10th Ave. Burrita to Open for St. Patrick’s Day parade there will be drunks in Chaos trying to get into the Boathouse and Jacks. I guess Ms. Jones hate all the Lake Como Bars and that includes BAR A. Great logic Ms. Jones. How many years has Lake Como/Belmar sponsored a St. Patrick’s Day Parade without extensions of seasonal liquor licenses. The only CHAOS, I recall was last June, Sunday of the Seafood Festival.

Keeping tabs: Chris Brandl of the Belmar Tourism Commission signed the petition 2 hrs. ago. Way to go Mr. BYOB brandl.

Imagine these possibilities: If the mayor does not support the boozers’ threatened aggression, he might fall from favor among them. “Party Matt” has let them down, so no more fake voters. On the other hand, if he disregards the law, as he seems to be comfortable doing in other instances, like in not getting proper construction permits and ignoring violations, possibly he could be arrested. Finally! Yo, mayor, want to give that one a shot? Your people are actually working against you. I would love to see you behind bars, the long metal ones with a locking door.
