NJTV News video on growing frustration with FEMA features Teresa Keefe and Krista Sperber: Link to the story here. The only mention of “Home by Summer” was that Keefe “started rebuilding with grants”.  In Sperba’s case it wasn’t mentioned at all. Don’t you think that’s a little odd?
